How you join

You join by checking the text message box on our patient intake form and giving us your mobile number, or by asking our staff to sign you up. We store your consent with the date and time it was given. Texting is optional and is never required to receive care.

What we send

Appointment confirmations and reminders, links to forms you need to sign, links to upload your imaging, follow-up about care you missed, and replies from our staff when you write to us.

We do not send marketing or advertising texts.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies and depends on your appointments and the forms you still need to sign.

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP (or ALTO) to any message to stop the texts. We will send one message confirming that you are out, and then we will stop.

Reply HELP (or AYUDA) for help, or call us at (786) 607-5911. Reply START if you stopped the texts and want them again.

Stopping the texts does not change your appointments or your care. We will reach you by phone or email instead.

Carriers and delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, so please do not rely on a text for anything urgent.

Your mobile number

We do not share mobile numbers or text message consent with third parties for marketing. We use them only to run this messaging program and to care for you.
